RETURN POLICY

NOT REQUIRED ITEMS

>>   Items that are reported as not required can be returned to us . Under this  circumstances ,shipping charges are not refundable

>>   Items are in the original packaging and are in 100% re-saleable condition.

>>   Items returned within one month, a 10% restocking fee will apply

>>  Items returned after one month but within 2 month , a 15% restocking fee will apply 

>>   Items returned after 3 month but within 3 month,a 20% restocking fee will apply

>>.  Items after 3 month is unreturnable

Customer can ship all items back to  Aidal Bathrooms or we  can arrange for collection , but a shipping  cost will be applied for collection

DAMAGE RETURNS

>>  Mirror/Screens / Enclosures/glass should be inspected at point of delivery. Damages. reported at a later date on these products will not be considered for collection or credit, except in extreme circumstances.

>>  Items that are reported as damaged, that are found to have been fitted will not be. collected or credited.

>>  All other damages should be reported within 72 hours and a reference number. retained for future use.

FAULTY RETURNS

>>.  Items that have been reported as faulty will require a photograph or video to be taken. which will be sent to the manufacturer to be evaluated or resolve problems

SHORTAGES

>>  All shortages must be reported within 24 hours of delivery to be considered for. credit, then using CCTV technology in our warehouse and on our vehicles we will investigate before any credit will be issued.
